So VH-1 graced us last night with another installment of the Hip Hop Honors. This time they honored the Dirty South and I must say for the majority of the show I was bored to tears. I’m not gonna lie, they were some highlights of the night like Missy sanging on of her old club bangers or  T.I. looking like a reformed choir boy in his orange cardigan. Other than that the award show was a big ass waste of my time. I’ll run down a few of the shit that caught my attention and some shit that should have never been seen.

~Ok, so I missed like 30 mins of the show but who did my pretty eyes see when I turned on the tv? LIL ROMEO!!!  That son of a bitch done got big and skrong. That lil n*gga fine as f*ck. I mean what the hell he been drinking.  Milk sho does a body good. Damn!!! *whispers* Is he legal? I mean I can f*ck him and not get locked up right? j/k…no I’m not. Well I’m kind of kidding, but in real life I am not.
~ I know Master P his brother and all, but where the f*ck they dug up his ass. For those of you unfamiliar with the whole No Limit movement, Silkk the Shocker was one of the artist on the label. Not only is he related to the damn owner of No Limit, he was the most non rapping muffuka to ever rap. I take it back…Dionne Saunders was the most non rapping son of a bitch to ever did it. Silkk looked nice, but he was not needed at this here venue.

~ When Missy started singing I immediately went back to my early 20′s in the clubs. I sho did like Missy. Her performance was cool. They were honoring Timberland as a VA honoree. Not sure exactly VA became the south but um ok. Did anyone else notice that Missy’s eyes starting to look awfully heavy? Like she’s sick or something? I wish Aaliyah was still alive to take part. I miss her.

~ Who da f*ck invited Keri Hilson? This girl demolishes every damn song she sings live? I don’t even remember what song she was singing. All I know is her presence was not needed at this event. Just a waste of 2 mins. You wonder how can someone destroy a song in 2 mins? Check Miss Keri Baby!!!
~ Gucci looks like a crackhead I once knew. I just wanna run over Gucci’s lips with a truck full of chapstick. This man irks my soul. I don’t know if it’s just the way he carries himself or how ig’nant he got folks sounded with his dumb as rhymes. Lemon pepper wings and a freeze cup? Are you serious? Again, his services were not needed at this show.

~I don’t care for Trina. I don’t think her ass can rap, but I so wished that she and Trick performed “Nann N*gga”. That was my joint back in the day. Trick is battling lupus so I guess he wasn’t up to performing. Trina was her usual annoying self. Her voice is so damn annoying, but men don’t hear that shit. All they see is hips, legs and ass. Smh ya’ll no nann n*ggas. smh
The award show was ok for what it was. Nothing spectacular happened and through the middle of it I was bored as hell. The only thing that kept me entertained were the tweets from my twitter crew. If you watched let me know if I am just throwing shade. If you agree with me let these folks know. I am so disappointed that I live in the Souf…smh

lol… I think it was alright for what it was, but they did not have anybody from Memphis, Eightball&MJG should have been honored. Scarface wasnt there. No Outkast. It was probably politics involved. Who knows. The Texas set was lukewarm. ATL set was aight. Miami, was probably the best in my opinion. Bun-B did rock the set though. Missy was out of breath. She has put the weight back on. Bonecrusher, was kinda sad. Dude looked like he needed a chair, some oxygen and a towel. The J-Prince tribute was tight. If I had to rate it on a scale of 1 through 10. It was a strong 7. It definitely could have been better.
