I ain’t trying to hate on anyone, but what’s with these women  and these “‘I’m Black Barbie” personalities. Last time I checked Barbie don’t look like you!! What is it with folks trying to image jack others? Is it so hard for everyone to be themselves? I know the media glorifies “perfection” and all that, but in real life PEOPLE DON’T LOOK LIKE THAT.
For instance let’s talk about Nikki “Gives Brain” Minaj. Now apparently her image is suppose to be as I take it a “Hood Freak Barbie”. That girl is just another case of a full head of weave and a voice that can make a sheep shit. I don’t doubt that the girl got lyrical skills, but she’s trying so hard to “perfect” this Barbie image that the majority of the time she looks plain ol stupid to me. Now this chick got everybody and their 60 year old grand auntie calling themselves “Harajuku Barbie”. First off I’m dismissing how the hell she explains what Harajuku means. I guess ignorance is bliss. The fact that she has her tits out and trying to say this is what a “woman” is suppose to look like is a damn kick in the coochie to me. I’m sorry but Give Brains does not dictate my look for me.
Now the most famous chick that took being a Barbie to the extreme was Lil “Stomach Pump” Kim . Now I don’t know what was wrong with how she looked before, but all that plastic surgery and fakeness just made her look like the absolute messiest. I know in the music industry there is a pressure to look a certain way, but you also have to think of the people that look up to you. Now they’re struggling with their image, because their “idols” make it seem that being who they are just isn’t the business. Hell I don’t know who actually look at these chicks as their role models, cause… well you know.
I think people just cling on to anything that makes them think that who they are isn’t good enough. Everyone wants to change something about themselves, because other people make them think that they need to. I know I’m not perfect, but my imperfections make me perfect. A lot of these girls running around trying to be the “new” Nikki, and they have nothing of substance running through their veins. If you didn’t know Barbie isn’t and will never be real. Her tits, coochie and ass are straight up plastic. She can’t walk, bend or move on her own without someone doing it for her. She’s limited to what she can do, and what she’s about. So if that’s how you view yourself,  then Boo you’re the new Barbie.
