I've been a sideliner before. It's a different story when you don't know shit about the other woman. The issue that I had and I can't speak for anyone else. I was in love and I mean deeply in love. I wanted him to get rid of her, but if he lied to me about even having her what made me think he was going to be truthful about anything else. Basically, as a sideliner you're setting yourself up for being hurt. I always say, if you know better you do better. If you find out about the other chick in some background way and he lied about it, chances are he's lying to her about the relationship he has with you. At the end of the day is all the drama, the heartache and the bullshit really worth it? I'm not gonna front…I've mentioned this several times in various blogs. I've been a sideliner before. Sometimes we fall victim.(Scenario1)Boy meets girl. Girl grills boy, boy lies.Girl and boy become a hot and heavy item. Girl and boy express their love for each other.Then girl finds out boy has a "Main" Woman.Girls tries to end the relationship but its hard cause she is in love with boy.Now I agree some of us do know what we are doing.There are some of us that seek men in relationships because its easier to have the perks without the committment.Its like having dessert with your main course.We both don't want a committment as we are in committed relationships with other people ergo the relationship becomes primarily focused on what we want from each other.(usually sex)The relationship is an enhancer so to speak,like makeup enhances certain features.Or accessories enhance the overall look of an outfit.
